Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 
With the exception of pre-order items, all pre-order items will have a cut-off date in the description, that is the start date of the shipping time. Pre-ordered items processing and shipping will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks from the cut-off date. 

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at DarlingLilacLtd@outlook.com with your name and order number, and a brief description of your concerns, and we will do our best to look into it for you.
